Evoluent vertical wired mouse is quite expensive when compared to other ergonomic and vertical mice available in the market. This is because of the higher quality and software that comes with this mouse allowing you to customize the functions of all the six buttons.

Evoluent vertical wired mouse needs a mouse pad or a smooth surface to work on efficiently.

USB only. It is not compatible with PS2 adaptors. Compatibility is unknown with Unix.

The black matt rubberized finish is very slippery. So while lifting it can easily fall. The correct way is to tilt and lift according to the manual. This instruction can be forgotten sometimes and result in slipping and falling of the mouse.

The mouse has pronounced high pitch click sound. This particular mouse is quite bulky and good for large hands and long fingers.

Lastly, it takes a while to get used to it. Overusing it for extended periods of time can cause pain in the thumb.
